The service disruption affecting some users has now been fully resolved.
At 5:37 PM, we detected system ping unreachable alerts. Following investigation, the issue was traced to host machine resource exhaustion that could not be released in time, which triggered a cascading system failure and caused the cluster services to terminate unexpectedly. We immediately restarted the affected host machines, which restored initial cluster functionality.
However, due to recent system image cleanup, available deployment resources were limited, which extended the overall recovery timeline. To ensure full service restoration, we began rebuilding and redeploying each system component at 6:45 PM. Full service operations were successfully restored by 7:45 PM, and by 9:00 PM we completed system stability verification and confirmed normal operations.
We are conducting a full post-incident review to identify the root cause and implement corrective measures, and we will provide a follow-up report to our customers accordingly.
